常文清,中共党员,工学博士2020年毕业于河南理工大学地理信息科学专业获理学学士学位,2023年毕业于吉林大学地球探测与信息技术专业获工学硕士学位,2026年毕业于吉林大学地球探测与信息技术专业获工学博士学位。科研方面,主要研究领域包括遥感地质、基于机器学习或深度学习高光谱矿物反演以及基于insar地表形变监测等,参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目等项目2项,在Earth and Planetary Science LettersJournal of Geophysical Research: PlanetsIEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote SensingRemote Sensing等国内外学术期刊发表学术论文4篇。
