杨帅，中共党员，工学博士，讲师，建筑工程学院土木工程系专任教师，兼任土木工程系主任岗位，主要承担了理论力学、材料力学等课程的教学任务。2008年毕业于武汉大学水利水电专业获工学学士学位，2017年毕业于北京交通大学工程力学专业获工学博士学位。2017年7月至今在安阳师范学院建筑工程学院工作。科研方面，主要研究领域包括声学超材料，结构减震降噪等。主持河南省科技攻关项目1项，发表学术论文SCI 7篇，核心1篇。指导学生学科竞赛获省级二等奖4项，三等奖10项。
